It All Started with Kyo

In 2025, our founder Emma found herself scrolling through countless photos of her orange tabby, Kyo. As any cat parent knows, the camera roll becomes 90% cat photos within weeks of adoption.
"I wanted something tangible to celebrate him," Emma recalls. "Something that would capture his personality not just another photo on my phone."
After searching for custom cat products and finding nothing that felt special enough, she decided to create it herself. She designed a woven blanket featuring Kyo's portrait.
The response was overwhelming. Friends wanted one. Friends of friends wanted one. Within months, what started as a personal project became CozyClaw.
