Can I add my cat's photo to the blanket?
Yes! You have different styles that you can personalize your blanket with. We love celebrating your baby's unique personality and adorable face on our premium blankets.
What if my cat doesn't like it?

Every blanket is handcrafted just for you.
If there’s any issue with the print quality or craftsmanship, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Because each piece is custom-made, returns aren’t possible but we’ll always make sure you’re happy with the final result.
How can I track my order?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We know how impatient cat parents can be (wonder where they get that from?), so we make sure you can follow your blanket's journey every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately with your order number.
If your blanket hasn't gone to production yet, we can usually cancel it for you.
There's a problem with my blanket, what should I do?
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with order's number and photos of the issue.
We'll resolve it as fast as your cat claims a sunny spot!
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since each blanket is made fresh to order (especially personalized ones), we don't offer size exchanges.
Please double-check our sizing charts before ordering.
If you received the wrong size due to our error, contact us immediately and we'll make it right!
Care Instructions (For Real Cat Life)
How do I care for my blanket?
We recommend giving your blanket a gentle wash when it arrives to remove any manufacturing residue. All our blankets can be washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. They can be air-dried or tumble dried on low heat.
We DO NOT recommend using chlorine bleach (your cat probably wouldn't approve of the smell anyway).
Will cat hair stick to the blanket?
Let's be honest, cat hair is going to end up everywhere anyway! Our premium materials are designed to be easy to maintain, but we embrace the reality that a little ginger fur just means your blanket is well loved.
What if my cat has an accident on the blanket?
Life with cats happens! Our blankets are machine washable and designed to withstand real cat life. A gentle wash cycle will have your blanket fresh and ready for more cat adventures.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
For now we only ship to US and Canada. We will extend our list soon! We're working hard to bring cozy cat vibes to more countries around the world.
How long does shipping take?
Our blankets are made fresh to order (because we know your cat deserves the best).
Production takes 3-5 business days, then shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US and 7-14 business days to Canada.
We know waiting is hard when you have an impatient supervisor demanding their new blanket!
Is shipping really free?
Yes! Free shipping to US and Canada because we'd rather you spend that money on more treats for your ginger baby (they probably deserve them).
