We will send one preview for approval before production. Due to the high volume of requests, we’re unable to provide multiple revisions, so please review your preview carefully before confirming.

Production takes 5-7 business days, plus 3-5 business days for shipping. Rush options are available at checkout.

At the moment, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We may expand to other countries in the future.

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your blanket ships. Track your order anytime through our website.

Because each blanket is custom made, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a quality issue or printing defect, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will remake your blanket free of charge.

Most orders travel via UPS MI. If this happens, we ask that you give it about 10 business days of no movement before we consider it lost. More often than not, it's just delayed in that transition and will start moving again soon.
